LocatAlert Terms of Service

1. The service
LocatAlert lets you save places and receive location alarms when you arrive at or leave them. With background location and notification permissions, alarms can run while the app is closed or the phone is locked. The service is provided by Acefina LLC.
2. Not a safety-critical service
Location detection depends on your device's GPS, OS restrictions and network conditions. Alerts may be delayed or missed. Do not rely on LocatAlert for safety-critical, medical or emergency purposes.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time in the app under You → Delete account; see how to delete your account.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to violate laws, infringe others' privacy, or attempt to disrupt the service.
No objectionable content or abusive behaviour. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Subscriptions and purchases
Plus and Family are offered as monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Lifetime purchases made in earlier app versions keep their access. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your Apple Account or Google Play account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account (Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions). Deleting your LocatAlert account does not cancel a subscription. Purchases through the App Store are also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
5. Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acefina LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
